🏹 High Performance – Stage 3 Program
The Pathway to Excellence in Recurve Archery
Stage 3 is the highest level in our athlete development pathway at the club — a program designed for dedicated and competitive recurve archers striving to reach their full potential at the national and international levels.
Athletes train in a high-performance environment, either as part of an elite group or through individualized one-on-one coaching, focusing on precision, discipline, and championship performance.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for Stage 3, athletes must meet the following requirements:
Active Membership – Be a member in good standing with the club
Experience – Have completed Stage 2 training or received a positive recommendation from a Stage 2 coach
Performance Standard – Achieve a minimum score of 500 points in a registered indoor or outdoor round (current or previous season)
Team Fit – Demonstrate commitment, respect, and ability to work within a group environment
Equipment Readiness – Own suitable equipment for performance-level training and be willing to upgrade as needed
Coachability – Show openness to feedback and continuous learning
Commitment – Follow the full training plan, attend scheduled camps, and be prepared for local and international competitions

🏹 Top-ranked athletes on the Archery Canada national ranking list — From 2023 up to current moment
Two athletes selected for the Canadian Senior National Team — both still under 21 years old
🏆 Archery Canada record holders in individual, team, and mixed team events across multiple age categories at both national and provincial levels
🌎 Top qualifiers at the Junior Pan Am Championships – U18 Women, U21 Women, and U21 Women Team
🥇 Multiple medals (gold, silver, bronze) earned at the 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 Pan Am Championships and Pan Am Games (Junior divisions)
🥉 Bronze Medalist – Lancaster Indoor U18 Men (2025)
🥇 2 Gold Medals – USAT Archery (Arizona Cup & Gator Cup 2025) – U21 Women
🥉 Bronze Medal – South America Open (Senior Women, U21 athlete) 2025
